Why is it important to maintain fitness during pregnancy?

Is the pregnancy class suitable for all trimesters?

Yes! All of our instructors are specialist Pregnancy Trainers and are able to modify each exercise. This will ensure there are options/progressions/regressions for all clients, whatever their trimester.

What do the pregnancy classes consist of?

The pregnancy exercise classes are only small (<8 clients) to ensure that our instructors can provide individual support. Each session is circuit based ensuring strength, endurance and core is trained. In addition to this, all sessions will close with pelvic floor work and relaxation to ensure mental fitness is accounted for too!

What is the cost?

The pregnancy exercise classes are booked in packages of 4 sessions that can be used within a 6 week period. This package costs £40. These classes run on a Tuesday 6:30pm and are led by Pregnancy Exercise specialist Robyn Ablott.
