The Mummy Tummy Method aims to safely and effectively re-align your posture, strengthen your core/pelvic floor and boost your confidence and mental wellbeing after pregnancy and childbirth. Suitable for new mothers and those to older children who may be suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction/abdominal separation, poor posture and low fitness levels.
