6 week Pregnancy Training Programme with Robyn Ablott
You will access 4 x live (small group) online zoom training sessions per week. These will be recorded if you can’t make the live. Bodyweight and a resistance band is all you need
MON – Wholebody strength & cardio circuit 1
TUE – Deep core & glutes
THU – Wholebody strength & cardio circuit 2
FRI – Stretch & relaxation
(plus a short daily posture & pelvic floor
circuit to complete)
You will get access to a WhatsApp group for the 8 mumsto-be to motivate/support each other and ask Robyn questions.
You will receive Healthy, pregnancy-nutrition tips and support along the way.
