A low-carb diet is low in carbohydrates, primarily found in sugary foods, pasta and bread. Instead, you eat whole foods including natural proteins, fats and vegetables. We are not advocating the removal of carbs from our diet – far from it! However, I think we can all agree that as a society we eat WAY TOO MANY carbohydrates in our diet!
