1) Why is it important for you to include exercise in your busy schedule?

At first I would never exercise, it was an extra thing I didn’t want to do but because I suffer with under active thyroid it was always something I have to do. I find it clears my head and sometimes you just need time away from your laptop name the room you haven’t left in 5 hours.

2) What does your exercise routine involve?
Usually just walking because I find it most interesting, as depending where you go I guess but the views can be so nice to take in which makes the exercising more enjoyable.

3) Do you think that exercise has played a role in your success?

I think it has helped in a mental way more then a physical way, as above I mentioned I have under active thyroid so that’s hard enough to fight on it’s own let alone making yourself exercise haha

4) When and where do you like to work out (morning/night – home/gym/outdoors)

Outside always! I have signed up for gyms in the past but I find them way too expensive and crowded which in turn makes me nervous and I end up not going; where as if I go on a 2 mile walk, I can wear what I’m comfortable in and not worry about other people.
5) Has exercise/fitness always been a part of your life?
I have always been active as I grew up in a town where there wasn’t much to do so we would just walk around for hours, i slowly started to lose the activeness when I got a car and became lazy; that’s another reason why I make sure I walk everyday.

6) Who is your role model?

I wouldn’t say I had one person as a role model, I just love to look up to strong independent people who I strive to be in life and in business.

7) What is your favourite fitness quote?
‘I never regret when I do it, I always regret when I dont’
