Bansi Patel is a Positivity Coach and Author. She’s is a young entrepreneur, who has already achieved so much and has a whole lot more to give.

She’s a best-selling author, her book “MINGLING WITH THE UNIVERSE”, has become number 1 in her country.

Here we talk about the role fitness has played in her success.

Why is it important for you to include exercise in your busy schedule?

Our mind works the best when we do the Movement physically. Being a Life coach and a Business Strategist, requires me to be in my highest Creative mode so that I can serve the world better.

I think simple exercise routine of 15 -30 minutes can really make your creating juices flowing. Exercise is a big part of self-care and I was someone who never used to exercise, but then I started facing the consequences of it, like being too exhausted, not able to wake up early, getting sick frequently, acne breakout, etc. and all this was not letting me become the best version of myself which meant I could not create my best!

So I have started exercising and self-care as the world really needs the gift that you have and what can be worse than not being able to share your gifts with the world just because you do not care take of yourself.

 

What does your exercise routine involve?

Oh, my exercise routine is very simple and I do not believe in forcefully doing things. I think it should be really fun doing it. So my exercise routine is quite flexible, 3 days a week a go for walks in the evenings for about 40 minutes, the other days, I do simple exercise for about 10 minutes and have recently discovered a very fun way to exercise i.e Hula Hoop. I do Hula Hoop 2 days a week and it is so much fun, it makes the child within me really happy.

I don’t think exercise routine has to be monotonous, because it steals the fun then. It should be flexible, a bit crazy and a lot fun.

 

Do you think that exercise has played a role in your success?

Absolutely! A big one! Exercise has boosted my confidence and makes me look and feel good. Confidence plays a very vital role in your life! If you feel good, you are confident in what you do, it actually reflects in your life and Business!

 

When and where do you like to work out (morning/night – home/gym/outdoors)?

My exercise routine is very flexible. Sometimes, I exercise in the mornings, sometimes in the evenings. I am not a Gym person, I love to go on walks in the evenings while I listen to my favorite podcasts. Brisk walks are also my favourite!

 

Has exercise/fitness always been a part of your life?

No. I would say, had I started exercising way too early, I would have been way more successful. But better late than never. If you are like me, a hustler and a go-getter who wants to get shit done , so much so that you actually forget to exercise and take care of yourself, I would urge you not to make this mistake and start doing exercise or some physical activity sooner.

 

Who is your role model?

My role model is Angie lee, who is a Business coach for health coaches, I love her personality and vibe and she is so fit and always suggests best tips and products on nutrition, health and fitness.

 

What is your favorite fitness quote?

It is “Take care of your Body. It’s the only place you have to live” by Jim Rohn.
