She is the founder of Northern Star Acting and coaches actors and entrepreneurs in creating the mindset they need to succeed. She also writes regularly for The Huffington Post and have been featured on Fox News, ABC, NBC and ITV among others.

2) What does your exercise routine involve?
Absolutely! If I don’t exercise for a while, I feel low on energy and my mood suffers. It has such a big impact on me. Also, if I’m feeling stressed and overwhelmed, a good workout is great to lift my mood and to put things not perspective again.
4) When and where do you like to work out (morning/night – home/gym/outdoors)
For me, it’s normally around lunchtime and definitely outdoors.
5) Has exercise/fitness always been a part of your life?
Always! I don’t ever remember a time when I wasn’t active. There have been times, like most people, when my activity levels have dropped but it’s never been for long. Fitness is a big part of my life.
6) Who is your role model?
Tony Robbins. His energy is incredible!
