When we set up FFA...
It was always about helping women, with fitness and with the wider health benefits of exercise.
However, we knew that there would always be women who we couldn’t reach, who were unable to access not only our services, but even the most basic services that we take for granted in everyday life.
We decided to combine our love of physical challenges and our passion to support women in all walks of life and set ourselves a target of raising £20,000 by the year 2020. Each year, we will select a charity that supports women and as a team, complete a physical challenge with the support and motivation from our tribe of staff, clients and our community.
Have a look at some of our recent challenges and watch this space for our 2017 challenge announcement.
If you would like to join us in our latest challenge either as a competitor or as a supporter please contact us to find out more.
